Working hard or smart?
You might have heard from people to work smartly; hard work does not help. You hear this more often from people who are not successful. Each successful person has done hard work first and that’s what gave them way to work smartly. You have to learn how to work harder than last time. Nothing was, is, will be able to replace hard work. Some successful people might say, “Now we work too less because we started to work smartly.” They are not lying. They did hard work first and then started to work smartly.
Take this with an example. You start a new business, and you don’t know that much about it. Then what do you do? You learn every skill that you will need to run that business successfully. Skills like marketing and advertising, creating valuable products, selling strategies, etc. Once you know how to run business, you will start to see success. And now ore people want to buy your products. But you are only person in business, and it is difficult to handle too many clients.
You hire people who will work for you. You teach them how to work, train them according to your business model. Once they start to work for you then they will run business by themselves, and you will not have to work that much hard as you were used to. Now, you have more clients and you started to hire new people to manage clients. You worked smartly by hiring new employees and not worked hard for it.
