- There is not any delivery charges for services.
- Whatever country that you order product from in our store, we will cover delivery charges by ourselves. You don’t have to pay VAT as well.
- IF you decide to return the product, then you (customer) have to pay for shipping charges. Shipping dates change based logistic company. We will try to ship your order as fast as we can. And we will provide you tracking number.
- If you do want to return product, which you can do within 7 days, considering every tag is there, not removed, and no physical damage has been, if that’s the case, we will not accept any return and deny your refund.
- If article 4 is not the ase then we will proceed the refund process after we receive product. You can choose hwere the refund amount be deposited as IBAN or your preferred method.
- It is advised that you do not remove any sticker from product or damage it in any way, if you don’t want to void refund procedure.
